In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act, LAVRYNG provides standardized and legal return and refund services to protect every customer’s legitimate consumption rights. We support a 14-day cooling-off period for all online orders.
Return Eligibility & Time Limit
Customers can apply for return or exchange for any reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. All returned products must be unused, unwashed, free of wear, stains and damage, and retain original tags, labels and complete packaging. All matching accessories must be returned completely.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following conditions are not eligible for return and refund: products damaged by human factors, worn and used products, products with missing tags and original packaging, customized products, and products damaged due to customer’s improper use.
Return Freight Rules
If the return is caused by our responsibility such as product quality problems, wrong delivery and missing goods, we will bear the full return shipping cost. If the return is due to customer’s personal preference, size mismatch and other personal reasons, the customer shall bear the return freight.
Refund Process & Cycle
After we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will process the refund within 3–5 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The specific arrival time depends on the processing cycle of your payment platform.
